Our Legacy: Building a Sustainable Future Since 1978

Our Legacy

Gowardhan Group's journey began in 1978 with a vision to create value through innovation and a commitment to excellence. What started as a small venture in petrochemical refining has, over the decades, evolved into a diversified conglomerate that is a leader in the Waste to Value industry.

Our legacy is built on the foundation of turning challenges into opportunities, transforming waste into valuable resources, and driving sustainable growth. From our early days in petrochemicals to our current position as pioneers in sustainability, the Gowardhan Group has consistently demonstrated a forward-thinking approach and an unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship.

Throughout our journey, we have remained dedicated to innovation, quality, and the creation of sustainable value chains. Our expansion from petrochemical refining to the extraction of high-value products from waste materials exemplifies our adaptability and dedication to finding solutions that benefit both the environment and the economy.

Our Mission

To lead the transformation of waste into valuable resources through innovative technologies and sustainable practices, creating positive environmental impact while driving economic growth.

We are committed to developing and implementing solutions that address the global challenges of waste management, resource conservation, and environmental sustainability, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Through responsible business practices and a dedication to excellence, we aim to create value for our stakeholders, partners, and the communities we serve, contributing to a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable world.

Our Vision

To be a global leader in sustainable innovation, pioneering the transition to a circular economy where waste is viewed as a resource and environmental stewardship is integrated into every aspect of business.

We envision a future where our technologies and practices set the standard for the industry, where our products contribute to a significant reduction in environmental impact, and where we play a pivotal role in the global movement towards sustainability.

By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and strategic growth, we aim to expand our reach and influence, making a meaningful difference in the world while creating long-term value for all our stakeholders.

Our Contribution to Sustainability

How we're making a difference in the circular economy and decarbonization

Circular Economy

At Gowardhan Group, our operations are deeply rooted in the principles of the circular economy. We believe that every material has value, and through our advanced processes, we ensure that nothing goes to waste.

From extracting oil from spent bleaching earth to managing hazardous waste, we are closing the loop on resource use, minimizing environmental impact, and creating sustainable value chains that benefit both the environment and the economy.

Our circular economy approach includes:

  • Transforming industrial waste into valuable products
  • Implementing resource-efficient manufacturing processes
  • Developing products that support sustainable agriculture
  • Promoting the use of renewable resources and biofuels

Decarbonization

Our commitment to decarbonization is evident in every aspect of our operations. Through innovative processes and a focus on sustainability, we are actively contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions and the fight against climate change.

Our Spent Bleaching Earth Oil, recognized as an advanced biofuels feedstock under the European Union's Renewable Energy Directive II, plays a significant role in our decarbonization efforts, offering a sustainable alternative to fossil fuels.

Our decarbonization initiatives include:

  • Producing advanced biofuels feedstock from waste materials
  • Implementing energy-efficient technologies in our manufacturing processes
  • Reducing the carbon footprint of waste management through innovative practices
  • Supporting natural carbon sequestration through our Neem-based products and sustainable agriculture
